Scary Movie Pops

 

When my brother requested cake popsicles inspired by scary movies for Halloween... I took this opportunity to have some fun and pay homage to some iconic characters from The Grudge, Hell Raiser and the Saw movies. These were very challenging to say the least. I had to place these silver sprinkles on one at a time by hand and shaped the black licorice for the Grudge Pop's hair. Halloween Cake Pops!

I love Halloween and the creativity it inspires. This is the best time to throw a party and best excuse to eat lots and lots of sweets. Halloween is a no-calorie day, or at least that's what I tell myself! Aside from working on my costume, I'm also working on some Halloween themed cake pops: skeleton, mummy, jack o'lanterns, witches, eyeballs and just some decorative cake pops that will be an awesome treat for any office or school Halloween party.
